Highway and Bridge Conditions
September 1, 2009: Courchaine Road Closure to Begin As Early as Friday, September 4, 2009 (612kb) -
May 26, 2009: Traffic Advisory - As part of the Red River Floodway Expansion Project, the Manitoba Floodway Authority (MFA) has been undertaking the replacement of the CP Emerson Railway Bridge. As the project nears its final stages, temporary road closures will be required between June 7, 2009 and October 31, 2009 at the following locations:

March 30, 2009 - To ensure public safety during the potential upcoming operation of the Red River Floodway, the Courchaine Bridge, located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed until further notice.

February 4, 2009 - The Courchaine Bridge, located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed from 8:00 am on Monday, February 9 to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 10, 2009.

December 5, 2008 - The Courchaine Bridge, located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed from 8:00 am on Tuesday, December 9 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2008.
December 1, 2008: Traffic Advisory - Praire Grove Road at the Seine River will be closed from as early as Friday, January 2, 2009 until April 1, 2009. -
November 27, 2008 - The Courchaine Bridge located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, November 28, 2008.

October 9, 2008 - The Courchaine Bridge located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed from 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 14 to 5:00 pm on Friday, October, 24, 2008.
- September 22, 2008 - The Courchaine Bridge located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 23, 2008.
- September 12, 2008 - The Courchaine Bridge located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, September 15, 2008.
- September 4, 2008 - The Courchaine Bridge located at the Inlet Control Structure between Turnbull Drive and St. Mary’s Road, will be closed from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on Friday, September 5, 2008.
